I'm getting ready to start interviewing potential babysitters for my kids. I am needing some "Sarah" time occasionally, and to run errands as well as get a sitter for when Rob and I want a night out alone.
My kids are 6 and 3, what would be a fair wage per hour? I have never done this as my kids have only been watched my family or very close friends.
Also, I have a list of questions for the potential sitters, but what would you suggest asking when I grill the interview-ees? Can you tell I'm totally neurotic and overprotective? ha!
